RECITAL COSTUME BALANCES
We hope that you had an amazing holiday! Recital season is now in full swing as our costumes have been ordered. You will receive an email by Saturday, January 6th with the total cost of your recital costume(s) minus your initial recital costume deposit. Your recital costume balance has been added to your account. Recital costume balances are due in full by March 1st, 2024. For your convenience, you can make weekly, bi-weekly or monthly payments until your balance is paid in full. If your recital costume balance is not received by March 1st, 2024, a 9.9% finance charge will be incurred each month until your balance is paid in full. If you have an automatic payment agreement with us, please reply to the email to advise how you would like your recital costume balance paid off. As always, should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the studio! We are excited for an amazing fifth annual recital themed, “Reach for the Stars, a 5th Anniversary Celebration!” and cannot wait to show you what the dancers have been working so hard on all year!!

We will be offering commemorative recital t-shirts for our 5th annual recital, “Reach for the Stars, A 5th Anniversary Celebration!”. This is a great way for the dancers to remember their recital day and show their studio pride! An order form will be emailed as well as available in the office. All order forms are due on Saturday, February 24th. The recital t-shirts will be black with our recital theme and design on the front!!! The recital t-shirts will be $22.00 per shirt with the option to personalize them with your name on the back for an additional $5.00. Some fun ideas for personalization are Julia’s Mom, Hallie’s #1 Fan, Ella’s Best Friend or Hannah’s Sister!!
T-shirts will be available in the office to try on for size.

RECITAL TICKET SALE INFORMATION 

Ticket Sale Date & Time: 

Saturday, April 27th from 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. 

 

Ticket Sale Location:  

Elite Dance Academy of Marlboro in Studio 1 

 

Price: 

$25.00 per ticket 

 

Important Additional Information: 

If you are unable to attend the ticket sale date, you will have one week from the above listed date to purchase your first allotment of tickets before additional tickets go on sale. All tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis and all seats are assigned. There are two shows this season, a 12:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. show. You will receive a separate email that outlines which show(s) your dancer(s) is/are in. If you do not receive that email by Saturday, April 13th, please email the studio so I can forward you another copy.  

 

Each family is allowed up to 6 tickets per show for your first allotment. If you need more than the initial allotment of 6 tickets, all additional tickets will be available for purchase beginning Monday, May 6th until the last day of classes during business hours. If available, tickets will also be sold at the door 30 minutes prior to the start of each show on Saturday, June 8th. Please note that if your dancer is in both shows & you would like to sit in the auditorium for both shows, you will have to purchase 2 sets of tickets. The tickets for each show are a different color and are non-transferable. It is not required that you sit in the audience for both shows. You can purchase tickets for everyone to sit in the auditorium for one show and then sit with your dancer in the dressing room for the other show. We leave that up to you! 

The Brookdale Community College theater has stadium seating which provides an excellent view from any seat and is an air-conditioned facility. Directions to Brookdale Community College will be available on the day of ticket sale. All students will be participating in the finale and will remain backstage until the show is completed. Please remember, due to fire codes, we insist on one person per seat; small children 3 & older are not allowed to sit on laps. The Fire Marshal is present and will do a walk through to ensure fire codes are being met. Please remember these guidelines are set forth by Brookdale Community College for our safety. 

 

All past due account balances must be paid in  

full to purchase your tickets. 

Tickets must be paid at the time of purchase. 

 

We will accept cash, Venmo, checks made payable to  

Elite Dance Academy of Marlboro ONLY. 

 

If paying by Venmo please do not designate your payment as goods & services as that will take a fee from the total amount paid which will then be added to your account. 

 

Checks can only be accepted from the person whose name is on file at Elite Dance Academy of Marlboro. 

NO EXCEPTIONS. 

 

No credit or debit cards will be accepted. 

 

Post-dated checks will also not be accepted. 

 

Tickets are non-refundable. 

 

Price per ticket - $25.00 

 

All students are given a number placement on stage, so you may want to ask your child this number to assist you in your seat selection. Do not ask them which side of the stage they stand on as theater seating is opposite and you will end up buying tickets on the  

wrong side. 

 

We will have directions as well as information on other services available for our recital such as flower arrangements, etc (these services require separate checks). See upcoming recital package for more information. We know it can be overwhelming for our first-time performers so please feel free to ask Miss Carla any questions or concerns you may have!
